For those who prefer a little sweetness to start the day, the Corallini's breakfast is a time honoured tradition. Each morning, a gallery of hand-crafted viennoiserie, muffins and brioche accompany the savourary selection which obviously includes Ligurian Focaccaia or a Full English breakfast.

bakery basket with freshly baked rolls and wholemeal breads, toast, brioches, croissants, butter jam and honey.
With choice of: Freshly squeezed juices, selection of yogurt, cereals and seasonal fresh fruit, hot beverages.
Eggs and Omelettes
Soft boiled eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, plain omelette all with choice of smoked bacon, grilled ham, tomato or sausages.
